Our EV Charging Infrastructure Training Series Now Available: Take the 7-Day Challenge!
S Curve Strategies is proud to announce that a comprehensive 7-part EV charging infrastructure training series is now available to the public—completely free of charge. Developed for Los Angeles County by S Curve Strategies and Black & Veatch, this groundbreaking workforce training program is supporting a new certification for community colleges across California and providing essential knowledge to anyone interested in deploying electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure.
A First-of-Its-Kind Regional Training Program
This video series features S Curve Strategies' own April Bolduc and Randy Schimka, P.E., and supplements the certification that began as a pilot program has grown into a statewide initiative. Funded by the California Energy Commission through the IDEAL Workforce project, this training has already equipped hundreds of entry-, mid-, and advanced-level workers—including municipal staff and California Conservation Corps members—with the skills to install, maintain, and troubleshoot EV chargers.
In partnership with Cerritos College, the curriculum is now being adopted by community colleges throughout the region, including Rio Hondo College, Los Angeles Trade Technical College, Long Beach City College, Fullerton College, Southwest, and West Los Angeles College.
