Looking Back on a Pioneering Year: S Curve Strategies' Highlights of 2024
As we launch into 2025, S Curve Strategies celebrates a year of groundbreaking achievements in the realm of transportation electrification. In addition, we got to attend some of the coolest industry events. Let's revisit some of our favorites from this year.
Innovative Collaborations and Demonstrations
Our collaborative efforts took us on exciting ventures, such as the exhilarating demo of the all-electric Voltari boat with the Navy and the Port of San Diego. Witnessing sustainable maritime technology in action was truly inspiring. We participated with Josh Merrill for the commissioning of the Navy's new squadron sea drones, the Global Autonomous Reconnaissance Crafts (GARCs), which are setting new standards in naval technology.
Empowering Women in Technology
S Curve Strategies continued to support and empower women in technology through various initiatives. We toured Beam, a leading solar charging company, with the vibrant community of Women in EVs. President April Bolduc also had the honor of moderating many conference panels over the past year. They included "Elevating Women in the EV Industry" event, engaging with leaders and innovators at the forefront of clean transportation.
Community Recognition and Engagements
We kicked off the summer with a special recognition, being named a finalist at the San Diego Regional Chamber of Commerce Summer Celebration for the 2024 Community Minded Small Business Award. This acknowledgment stands as a testament to our commitment to fostering sustainable community practices.
Educational Outreach and Industry Engagements
We remained actively involved in educational and industry events throughout the year. Our participation in SDGE’s EV Fleet Day and panels like Cleantech San Diego's discussion on the impact of global markets on San Diego's EV landscape provided platforms for learning and sharing innovative cleantech solutions.
National and International Forums
Representing the board of ReCharge America, we contributed to the ReCharge Massachusetts Symposium, discussing advanced transportation electrification strategies. Moreover, our work with LIPA in Long Island and involvement in the ReCharge America Symposium underscored our dedication to advancing electric mobility on a national scale.
Media Engagements and Advocacy
We were thrilled to join Lee Krevat on "The Climate Champions" podcast to discuss our transformative strategies for cleaner neighborhoods and freeways. Additionally, being featured in EV Noire's ‘Women in E-Mobility' series provided a fantastic platform to share insights and experiences in the e-mobility sector.
As we reflect on these achievements, we are grateful for the opportunities to influence the future of transportation electrification positively. Our journey continues into 2025 with renewed vigor and a commitment to innovation and sustainability. Thank you to all our partners, clients, and community members who have been part of this remarkable journey. Here’s to more milestones in the coming year!
